It should result in a beer of about 5% ABV, but we will skip listing specific recipe statistics given the possible variance.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>10 lbs. (4.5 kg) pale 2-row malt<br>1 lb. (0.45 kg) adjunct of choice<br>7 AAU Magnum hops (60 min.) (0.6 oz.\/17 g at 12% alpha acids)<br>Neutral ale yeast, such as&nbsp;SafAle US-05 or Wyeast 1056&nbsp;(American Ale)<br>\u00be cup corn sugar (if priming)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step by step<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mash grains at 150 \u00b0F (66 \u00b0C) for an hour. Mash out and collect 6 gallons (23 L) wort for a 60-minute boil.
